GREENWARE SERVICE DESK

Whether you choose outsourcing or co-sourcing for all or some of your services, we will work with you to maintain the highest levels of service possible. We’ll apply standard methodologies and structures, using best-practice frameworks such as ITIL. During the transition to Greenware we will appoint a project manager to work with you effectively.


Highly certified service desk consultants with a wealth of experience in technologies from key vendors such as Microsoft, VMware, HP and Cisco. Providing monitoring of the entire IT stack 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

MANAGED RESOURCES

Dedicated staff, on or off-site for whatever reason. To compliment your team during increase of business, projects or simply back-filling as and when needed. This service is available from one week, to a month, to a year or in fact on a periodic bases throughout a time period.
